Include your registration/license number or your license file when contacting support (no license info = no support)
Client license information can be found in Core FTP -> Help -> About
Server license information can be found in Core FTP Server -> System menu (upper left icon) -> About
When emailing support, please include the Core FTP build #, and version of Windows being used.
Unlicensed users, please use the forums for techical support.
