Cannot connect when run as a service

I am able to connect to Core FTP server when it is started manually, but I cannot connect when it is run as a service. I tried running it with an admin account and with the local system account. I am running server build 339. Any help troubleshooting this would be appreciated.

Yes, with build 339... I'm also having the same problem
