i am on the program but when i try to connect it keeps saying "cant establish a connection"...what is wrong and how do i fix it?
it also says "The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for. "
it says====>Can't establish connection --> ftp.shop-w-rite.com:21 @ Mon Mar 13 21:52:01 2006 (0-5)
