I want to enable AUTH SSL on port 21 between my Desktop and remote server. On the CoreFTP client I had checked AUTH SSL and entered username and password. Somehow the connection hangs. Here is the log :
Welcome to Core FTP, release ver 1.3b, build 1403 (U) -- © 2003-2004

Resolving "<remote-server-name>.com"
Connecting to 65.201.22.234 port 21
Connected socket #640 to 65.201.22.234 port 21
Do I have to do anything else on my Desktop ? I have seen some keys and certificates in the advanced option. Do I have to generate these ? Is there a tool that can generate these easily ? Do I have to do anything on the remote server end ?
Any help will be appreciated as I have spend almost a day on this.
Thanks.
