Setup Core FTP Server for using Priv/Pub keys and certificate.

Hello,
I need to setup CoreFTP Server to simulate an environment on my pc
where a C# application can access files under a FTP server
using public/private keys with certificate (no passwords).

Can anyone suggest me a tutorial step by step to implement this?
