Core Ftp LITE : not able to create directory becouse permiss

Hi all,
I'm not able to create directories during copying process becouse permission denied.
Is it possible to set the user with all grant in order to be able to write and create folders on server side ?
Sorry for bad explanation but I'm not a technician ...
