Missing usernames

Does anyone know how to bring back setting in Core FTP Server?
I logged in today and NONE of my usernames are listed, nor the settings for my domain/setup are there? Its like they have been deleted.

Were you able to figure that out?
I am trying to locate where is that information being stored.
