somewhat complex but we have a license and it shows the licens for v 1.1 32 bit. it was purchased this year. we want to transfer that license to run on the same server 1.2 64 bit and remove the 32 bit version. we can provide the license number (trouble finding the RGF file itself). can it be exported from the 32 bit version, the 32 bit version uninstalled and install the 64 bit?
what is the process of getting the registration file resent to the registered email address? will the file work for both 32 and 64?
