Help please!

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to when u drag and drop a file to be queued after it uploades the file is there a way to make it not deleted the queued file after it is done uploading. Cause when i queued a file and after it is done uploading it automatically deletes the file from the "transfers" box. If thats is impossible to do then please let me know thx.
