Upload/download speeds

Hi All,

I have a Windows W2K3 VPS and am currently looking at CoreFTP as a server. I strongly suspect this is a VPS related issue but I have noticed that transfer speeds are well short on what I'd expect them to be. I'm using a 512/128 kbit ADSL connection and download speeds are only around 20kbytes a second, not even half capacity. Any idea how I might be able to squeeze more speed out of this connection?

. BTW, what does the "Diable Nagle" option do?
