Forgot how I accessed FTP site of other party before

Hi. I registered for this service so I could look at FTP files placed online by others. I'm sure it worked the first time I did it. I remember entering the URL (?) into a field and presto, there was the FTP as expected.

I've been wandering around this site for many minutes now and haven't seen anything remotely familiar. Did I imagine it was Core FTP? Or am I just missing the click to where you get that empty address field to fill in?
