Transferring a complete directory - but not subdirectories

Hi I've got what I believe to be, the latest version - Pro - Build 1447.4

I would like to:

• transfer the contents of a complete directory,
• but not the directory name
• nor any subdirectories

eg

(PC) ......................................... (Hosting)
[websites]................................. [www]
[project1] ................................. [html]
file1
file2
file3
file4
etc ........................................... all files but not directory name, nor subdirectories

ie \websites\project1 contents across to \www\html

I've trying selecting a directory on my pc and clicking on send, but it doesn't achieve the above aims.

Any ideas please
