multiple logins, same sign in, can we adjust this?

Able to login from multiple ips to same account using, of course, same login and password. Can this be controlled? Iknow there exists the possibility to control ips, deny and allow, globally, and of course, there is the use of keys, but without keys, can user be limited to one login at a time?

If this cannot be done now, perhaps this should be submitted into the suggestion box.

1) limit user to particular ip
OR
2) limit user to one active login
OR
3) combination of above

Thoughts?

Found "max user logins" under setup and set to 1. Did not block 3 connections from same user from two different ips. Is this perhaps something that just does not work in evaluation mode?
