Security error - Can't create security credentials.

One of our clients can suddenly not connect. On the server side we get the above log text.
The client gets Connection failed. Connection closed by server.
The client is using password. We set the flag Allow key authentication because of another client. This client has, the account does not require key authencation checked.
Anyone had the same problem before? Thanks
