Key exchange failed error

About a month ago users connecting with a FTP client to our CORE FTP server are getting this error.

The error message is: Server responded "Key exchange failed". Key exchange with the remote host failed. This can happen for example if the remote host computer does not support the selected algorithms.

The quick fix is to restart FTP services, but is there anything I can do to prevent this issue from occurring?

Core FTP Server Version 1.0 build 279 (installed Nov 2008)

Install the 369 build over your existing build. Be sure to read the readme.txt during install.
