Winsock Error 10054 on COREFTP server

hello fellow core ftp server users,

I have setup a new core ftp server and I am able to login with my user credentials that I have used via filezilla client and putty psftp client.

However, after I logged in the first time using the USER that I created, I am now getting the error messages below.

It seems my home directory is not being listed. However, I have setup this directory in my USER settings. It is a USB external drive.

Does anyone know why this is giving me an error? Please let me know. Thanks.

What's the error on the client side?

Here is the client side error:

Status: Connecting to 66.227.77.11...

I am using both filezilla on the client and adding my ftp server site to the site manager and dialing in. I also try with sftp putty.

I tried to attach a screen shot but this forum doesn't allow it.
