Auto-Upload feature?

Hi,
I am using CoreFTP lite to see if I can automate uploading a file to my SSH server. I can manually upload/download fine. I have a file (image) that changes about every 5 minuets, but keeps the same file name. I want to upload that file to my SSH server whenever a new file is created or about every 5 minuets. I can put the file in queue, but find no way to schedule it for upload. Again I am using the 'lite' version, maybe it doesn't have that support. I am using Win2000 Pro and Task Manager is running.

Thanks Chris,

I'm not too good on command line, batch file stuff. If I get the Single User License, will it do what I want within CoreFTP?
Also what is the difference between the Single User License, email support only and the Single User PRO License, email support only?
