Cannot connect to CoreFTP from Tru64 Unix

We are trying to connect from a Tru 64 Unix server to a windows 2008 based CoreFTP sFTP site using a DSA Private Key but get the error :
scp: warning: ssh2 client failed to authenticate. (or you have too old ssh2 installed, check with ssh2 -V)
warning: Authentication failed.
Disconnected; no more authentication methods available (No further authentication methods available.).
scp: warning: child process (/usr/bin/ssh2) exited with code 78.

The Unix box is running is SSH 3.2.0 - is there any reason why this can't connect with our CoreFTP site?

use the sftp utlitity instead.
