Can't See FTP File List

Hello. I can successfully login to a site, and the Core FTP log shows everything correct, but I can't see any of the remote files.

Any ideas?

I can see the files from the Production server, but not from my development machine. I can see the files if I use a different SFTP client (MoveIT Freely)

Check the advanced -> SSH -> use legcay protocol options and try connecting again. Or with the "use putty compatible SFTP" checkbox

Tried both options. No change.
