Upgrade to other PC

Hi,

I am currently using a laptop with coreftp lite. I defined 12 ftp sites on it. I installed lite on my new PC and would like to transfer my sites defined on the LAPtop to coreftp lite on the PC. Is this possible?

Is there a way to also take over other details like Sessions, Templates and Schedules?
