Could I save encoding configuration by site ?

I have some ftp server built by FileZilla and it's Unicode, I can use Core FTP to connect to that server by View -> Encoding -> Unicode. But when I connect to other ftp server, I need to switch to ANSI mode.

And I try to find a configuration in site manager but not found, could I save the encoding configuration by site ?
