Can't establish connection

I am getting back to where I was before a computer crash.
I opened the Site manager, and filled out the required informattion, but I keep getting the message "Can't establish connection" along with the info that I had entered.
Please advise.

My domain name is good, and the server was OK.
Must be my typing I guess.

Thanks for the offer, but it will have to wait for a couple of weeks.
My wife and I have to go on a family emergency trip early in the morning.
