Problem with CoreFTP

I have somewhat of a problem with this program. I've tried to figure it out but it still fails. I've tried the step by step tutorial on this but it still doesn't work. Can someone please show me what to put in the site manager? I'm sorry but I'm slow at this as a beginner. Can I include Kazaa music on here and put it on my Angelfire site?
