SSL/TLS required on the control channel

Hi All.

I have been using Core FTP for years.
Now getting this error message: "550 SSL/TLS required on the control channel"

The service provide says:

"Make sure that the software you are currently using supports the TLS minimum-version (1.2)."

I have no idea what to do to resolve this.
Any help would be appreciated.

Select "AUTH TLS" in the "connection type" field.
