Start mini sftp server with a batch file

Hello,

Can I Start mini sftp server with a batch file and give all parameters?
Because my problem is that when someone quits the server, the parameters are also cleared.
Can't use an ini file? What can I do to prevent someone from closing the server? We need it 24 hours.

the only parameters currently for the mini-sftp server are:

-start
-user username
-pw password
-path <pathname>
-minimize
