Hi,
I have been given an SFTP account for downloading CSV files from TrueCommerce.
When I connect I can see a file there, but if I open it or download it there is no data in the file.
However if I use WinSCP to connect to the same file then I can see the file has data in it, and I can open the file and view the contents no problem.
Could there be some setting in CoreFTP that I need to apply?

uncheck Site profile -> advanced -> ssh -> use pipelining
or use
site profile -> advanced -> ssh -> use putty compatible SFTP
or use
site profile -> advanced -> ssh -> use putty compatible SFTP
