Schedule problem

Post by Mark2018 »

Sorry to post here with my problems but I am stuck.
I have coreftp Pro

I sent a file via SFTP (it reached the destination OK)
Captured the transfer and sent it to the coreftp scheduler
The scheduler runs but doesn't send the file
It creates a log files that says it run ok but 0 files sent
If I run it directly from the coreftp scheduler or the windows scheduler it runs but doesn't send anything.
When I send manually (using the exact same details) through coreftp ui it works fine.

I am using the same account to run the schedule that I am using to send manually (local admin)
Another coreftp job runs fine from this server (using same account).
I want to send *.csv to *.csv but I have tried explicit filenames with the same results.
I must be doing something stupid but I can't see what
Anyone else had this problem?
thanks

are you sure you selected "queue" when you added the transfer? Its showing no scheduled tasks.

Hello
Thanks for getting back to me.
Yes.
It has generated a task in the windows scheduler
With the command line
C:\Program Files (x86)\CoreFTP\coreftp.exe
and the arguments
-k Geospace -log C:\GEOSPACE\LOGS\GEOSPACE.LOG

Someone else has set up a similar job and it works fine.
I can't see any difference between the two setups.
I have screen shots but I don't think I can post them here?
thanks again
