Can Core FTP run on server 2012 R2?

Any one can confirm Core FTP be run on server 2012 R2? Or anyone has manage to make it run?

I'm running LE 2.2 on 2012 R2. One issue I'm having and currently researching is that when I open CoreFTP, the sites are not displayed when I open the Site Manager. I have to re-index the sites to make them visible. This doesn't happen every single time I start CoreFTP.

I'll post back if I find a resolution.
