Moving Core FTP (v2.1 Free)from server 2003 to server 2012

Hello,
I currently have Core FTP v2.1 x86 free on a server-2003 box. I have setup a server-2012 box, and plan to load Core FTP 2.2 x86 free on it. I am not familiar with Core FTP free at all, are there profiles, settings, or any other data I should be moving over from the old server to the new server?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'm in a similar situation, but see you haven't received any info after 2 months.

If anyone's providing help, I'd like to transfer my Site Settings (including passwords) from a WinXP installation to a Win7 installation. Using CoreFTP LE v2.1, build 1549.
