SSL Error Connecting to Site

Post by UMG »

This weekend we started getting an error connecting to one site:

---------------------------------------------------
LIST
Connect socket #732 to x.x.x.x, port 3040...
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for file list
SSL/TLS error - 0, SSL error - 5, error:00000005:lib(0):func(0):DH lib
SSL failed
Connection terminated
Error loading directory...
---------------------------------------------------

They say they aren't having problems with any other clients. We tried upgrading from 1792 to 1795 with no luck.

Do you have any idea what the problem may be?

Thanks!

Try the "Windows SSL" option, if that doesn't work then try the advanced->SSL/TLS -> Allow session reuse.

We ended up figuring out that it only happened when there were no files in the folder. So we created a dummy file that never gets deleted and that resolved the problem. (I'm pretty sure I tried "Windows SSL" before we figured that out, I can't recall if I tried the "Allow session reuse" option.)
