Core FTP will be in need of tech support staff in the near future. We are looking for people who want to get involved with the product and enjoy working with FTP on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Handling of tech support email and/or phone calls on an as-needed basis.
Technical skills and proficiency with FTP products.
Customer service skills.
Legally able to be employed in the US.
