Many files and folders not transfering

I just started using core with my frontpage work and am seeing that many of my files and folders are not transferring and the site looks TERRIBLE in my browser with all of the images missing and other horrible looking stuff at: www.rainbowsedgefineart.com
Please help me get this thing working better.
