Exporting Sites

I'm trying to export my sites in the Site Manager, but when I click 'export', the pop-up dialog box opens a 'Save As' window and does not give me a file-type to choose...so...nothing happens when I click save?

I've followed the steps listed in Help, but can't seem to export any of my sites?

Has anyone else experienced this? Know how to fix it?

I have the free version on Win 7 Pro and Win 8.0, neither works.

Type in a filename, there's no extension associated with export files.
