Upload failed but download work

I have a strange issue using coreftp. I am trying to upload a file to a SFTP server but getting an error: "Data port failed Error loading directory" I am able to download a file from the SFTP server just fine. I try other software like filezilla and winscp and I was able to upload and download files to a SFTP server. There is no firewall blocking the connection. I have try to uncheck PASV and recheck PASV but that does not work. The directory listing is check on the coreftp setting. Has anyone experience this issue and know the solution?
