To help you make it even better, here are my thoughts about few future features:
- Make it save all of it's settings inside msftpsrvr.ini that should be read/written in the same folder where msftpsrvr.exe is. Maybe as an option?
- Support portable path behavior, like ($Drive)\SomePath\SomeOtherPath\ where ($Drive) is internally, automatically replaced by the drive letter msftpsrvr.exe is started on.
- Allow command-line options for start tray-minimized, or even all of the startup options like username, password, port, path.
So, settings lookup order could be: 1.) command-line options, if none supplied then 2.) msftpsrvr.ini, if none found then 3.) registry
