account disabled -- how do we reset password?

I am getting the above error message -- I think because we entered the wrong password too many times (we forgot the password). So, we would like to reset our password -- how can we do this?

Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do from the client side.

You would need to contact your FTP server administrator to have it reset. Your provider might have a web based way to do this.
