Some users have reported problems connecting out consistently, in some versions of AVG antivirus ver 8.5, on Windows XP - SP3.
The issue seems to be corrected in AVG version 8.5.409 in our testing here, so if you have not installed this version or later, you may wish to do so for optimal performance.
