CoreFTP LE v2.2 (Build 1692) doesn't run on Windows 98SE.
This is the 9x Ansi install ver ('coreftpa.exe' inside installer)

CoreFTP.exe is linked to missing export SHELL32.DLL: SHGetFolderPathA

This export is not present in Win 95/98 though it is present in Win ME.
The latest version I could find that runs on 98SE is 'CoreFTP LE v2.2 (Build 1675)'.
