Site Settings from outside CoreFTP

Is it possible to create a site directly in the Registry or with another tool?
I need it to roll it out with our Software deployment system.

you can copy site profiles into the registry but it's easier to go into the site manager (on a machine or log in with a user that doesn't have any site profiles), create new site profiles that you want to use, and export them to a file. Then in your install routine, call coreftp.exe -import exportfile.
