Newest version downloaded all files in 0 bytes
Newest version downloaded all files in 0 bytes
After updating to newest version, woke up to all my files that auto-downloaded being 0 bytes. Not sure what happened but things were working for years until the update

Post the log if you have it.
The most common solution is disabling the pipelining option under Advanced -> SSH
in your site profile.
