Delete after pulling files from remote server

I have been tasked with deleteing the files on the remote server after pulling the files in.

I can see no where I can set that option. Is there a script that I can write? I am using the latest version of Client and I am also running server purchased edition.

I have no control over the remote side. So I need to be able to do this from the client side.
