SSH library not initialized

Hi,

Got Core FTP LE running perfectly on a Windows 2003 machine.

Now, I'm replicating the setup on Windows 2016 machine. But when I try to connect to the sites I get these errors:

SSH library not initialized...
Can't establish connection --> site01.domain.com ....
SFTP library not initialized...
Error - 126...

Win2003 has V2.2 build 1887
Win2016 has V2.2 build 1931

Other than the Win version, that's the only differnce that I see.

What could be lacking in my system?
