Blank line being added to FTP file

Hello All,

We are using ADP to generate reports with no issues. These files are being are stored on the ADP server. We are using Core Ftp to download the file from the ADP server to our local server.
The issue we are experiencing is that within the file a blank line is being inserted. The location of the blank line is random per file download.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Can someone help with this issue?
