Need support before decide to buy

Hi,

I wonder which email I should send to. I am willing to buy the license if it can resolve my current issue with Core FTP.

I often got error "Too many users..." error when SFTP. I understand that the free version only allow 2 users maximum but I only have 2 users (or even 1). I did set max connections 1000 and max connections per IP 1000 but it does not seem help.

Can we guarantee somehow the licensed Core FTP will not have "Too many users..." issues.

The user limit is indicated on the purchase details for the different license types, but not if there are any connection limits.

It worked fine with me, I tested unregistered version with one user, but found connections were unlimted almost, i needed 200+ it worked fine, I mean limit for copying files concurrently was 70 but i configured 200 and you can set as much you like.

Later I bought the business version too.
