Is Core sFTP server (version 1.20) encrypted while at rest?

Hello,

Does anyone know if Is Core sFTP server (version 1.20) is encrypted while at rest (running but no activity, no one connected or sending data to secure FTP server).

not sure how to answer that. Connections are always encrypted, files that are uploaded are not unless they were encrypted prior to upload.
