export files not saving categories

I'm able to import and export no problem however it just saves the files, not the categories I created. How do I get it to backup the categories with the files in each so when I import it into my other computer it looks the same? I even tried looking for the coreftp.cfg file like mentioned in support and there is no such file in the CoreFTP directory or any where else on my PC. I'm using Core FTP LE
