FTPS via AUTH TLS failed in windows 10

I am using coreFTP build 1812 in windows 7 and windows 10 and trying to connect via AUTH TLS but getting SSL failed error in windows 10.
But same works in windows 7 for SSLV3, TLS1.0.
In windows 10 works only for SSLV3.


below are connection setting details:

Connection:AUTH TLS
Advanced->Manage cert- choose the specific one
Checked allow session reuse.

For OpenSSL you'll need to upgrade to build 1871 or greater.

In build 1812 you be able to get around it by using "Windows SSL" and enabling TLS if not enabled already.
