Hello,
I am a first time user struggling to get connected. On the connect form I put in
my website url, user name and ftp password, but i have not completed description or account boxes.
I get error message: 331 user ---------- OK password required
Pass.................
530 login authentication failed.
My ftp password should be ok because i reset it yesterday with my host server.
Grateful for guidance to tell me what I am doing wrong.
