PGP on 64 bit

We currently use CoreFTP on 64 bit SBS server and want to do PGP encryption. Found that this can be done through GnuPG showed how to setup PGP, but it is limited to 32 bit Windows. Does anyone know if a fix has been updated or if there is another method to do the PGP public key for 64 bit Win Server?
