Issues with Images

I hope this is the right area to post my issue.

I have had Core FTP Lite installed for about a month now, with no issues whatsoever.
I was updating my site this afternoon and almost completely done, when I started to run into issues with my images not showing up.

I did not do anything differently. As a matter of fact, it appeared that my images had been transferred correctly. However, upon looking at the finished web page, the images were NOT showing up.

The weird thing that seems to be occuring is that when I try to do an overwrite with the image (re-transfer), the overwrite option box keeps popping up over and over again ... as though it doesn't want to accept the overwrite. The transfer always fails in this case.

I've never had an issue with Core FTP Lite previously, as I said, so I can not imagine what the problem might be. No error message shows up, btw.

Can anyone help me resolve this error? I even uninstalled Core FTP Lite and reinstalled it this evening, but it made no difference.

I posted a question on November 26th and was wondering if any member or moderator/administrator here could help me?
I like Core FTP Lite and would rather keep it than download another free FTP, but I'm having an undesirable issue.

An answer to my problem ASAP would be much appreciated, as I will be ready to update my website again very soon and need this resolved.
